What happens in a breathwork integration session?

  • A safe, trauma sensitive and confidential container to release suppressed emotions, traumas & wounds.

  • Weekly 90 minute somatic coaching sessions, with breathwork, meditation & integration

  • 1-1 support including instant messenger support between calls.

  • Personalized breathwork, meditation & subconscious reprogramming

Private sessions typically happen online so you can be in the comfort of your own home. These sessions are 90 minutes - 2 hours in length with the expectation that you arrive at least 5 minutes early to settle in before start time.


Breathwork Coaching
We explore breathing mechanics & run tests to see HOW you are breathing and where you can improve. We discuss your particular challenges and goals & set an intention for this session.

Intuitive Movement
Once you feel clear on intention & how to breathe, we will take a few minutes for a brief stretching or movement exercise to release muscular tension, burn any excess adrenaline and bring the nervous system to a neutral state.

Guided Breathwork
After this, I will guide you through a powerful, and life-changing breathwork journey through the elements that is synced up to the rhythm of music so you can easily maintain a proper cadence.

Meditation & Integration
We will then come out of the breathwork with a custom-designed meditation promoting self compassion, emotional release and transformation. There will be space for rest, integration & reflection on what came up for you in this session.


How to prepare for a breathwork session?

  • It's best to avoid eating 2 hours before the session

  • Make sure you have access to a secure internet connection

  • Arrange a private, comfortable space in such a way that you will be able to lay down. Typically, people lie on yoga mats, and have small pillows and blankets nearby for additional comfort and support

  • Have water bottle, facial tissue and journal near by

  • Have a scarf or an eye cover as well to allows you to go deeper into your experience

  • Come with a clear intention and the determination to give it your all, this experience has the potential to facilitate a profound breakthrough experience.
