What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is an active form of meditation. It allows you to disconnect from the mind, enter non-ordinary states of consciousness, and dive deeper into self love and connection. You will lay down, music will be played, and you will engage in a guided breathing practice.

About Misha Lee:

Misha Lee is a Breathwork Facilitator, Coach & Educator. She has 8 years of experience working in the personal development field and 15 years of her own personal expansion work. She has a background in Hypnotherapy, NLP & Authentic Relating.  She offers 1-1 Breathwork Coaching Sessions as well as Group Breathwork for Retreats, Festivals and Corporate settings.

How to Prepare for a Breathwork Session

- Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle.
- Do not eat 2 hours before
- Set an intention (optional: journalling)
- Properly hydrate
- Show up early/on time
- Keep an open mind

*Allow yourself time to integrate after your session… consider journalling, chatting with a friend, resting or spending time in nature
